Introducing NamSoya: Our emerging community brand for high-quality, chemical-free soy products!
Join our advocacy to weave a resilient and sustainable future. Whether you are a farmer, a professional, or an institutional leader, there is a place for you in our growing ecosystem.
Membership in our organization is a commitment to a shared vision of regenerative prosperity and is divided into two meaningful paths:
Associate Membership: We are actively organizing natural/organic and transitioning farmers, community resellers, and young agripreneurs. As vital partners of our value chain, associate members gain access to specialized training, market linkages, and our Inner Conditioning (IC) program.
Regular Membership: These are our "Advocacy Guardians," a vetted group of individuals who have demonstrated deep alignment with our ecological and anti-GMO principles. Regular members hold the legal right to vote for our Board of Trustees and shape our long-term governance.
The Advocacy Journey: All partners initially join as Associate Members. Guided by our Community Engagement Officer—our dedicated "Happiness Lead"—you will navigate a journey of institutional strengthening and inner transformation. Those who exhibit exceptional integrity and commitment may be invited to transition into Regular Membership.
The Onboarding Process: Includes baseline data collection to track our collective impact and soil health.
The Weaver’s Agreement: Members agree to integrate regenerative principles and participate in standardized reflection loops to strengthen community leadership.
Active Governance: We welcome all members to our annual meetings held every 3rd Monday of January, with Regular Members exercising voting rights to protect our advocacy mandate.
Our organization was birthed by an advocacy core who began this journey on a volunteer basis, contributing their expertise, skills, and time to establish this value chain. We welcome individuals who wish to contribute their talents in:
Administration & Finance: Supporting our governance and transparency efforts.
Communications & Creative Design: Helping us tell the story of organic soya and managing our digital presence.
Technical Training: Assisting our Production and Processing teams in field operations and value-addition.
Youth Agripreneurship: We specifically target 5–10 young agripreneurs to lead innovations in marketing and logistics.
Our model is grounded in "Threefolding"—a strategic platform where government, business, and civil society share responsibility for systemic impact.
Ecosystem Partnerships: We currently collaborate with 8 ecosystem partners, including schools, NGOs, and local government units.
Strategic Collaboration: We invite institutions to join our network of supporters, which already includes the LifeBank Foundation (LBFI), the Department of Agriculture (DA), and the UPLB Institute of Plant Breeding.
We are institutionalizing market linkages to ensure a stable supply of nutrient-dense, organic soy products for our community.
Institutional MOAs: We are seeking formal agreements with schools, municipal feeding programs, cafes, and restaurants for the consistent supply of NamSoya products.
Market Reach: We are expanding to 20 retail outlets and invite local businesses to become authorized resellers.
Contact Our Team: For wholesale pricing and logistics, please reach out to via email at info@agrivaluechainweavers.org.
As a non-stock, non-profit corporation, we reinvest all our resources into our advocacy of ecological healing and community prosperity.
Grants & Donations: Per our Articles of Incorporation, we are authorized to solicit and manage donations, grants, and endowments from local and international sources to fulfill our objectives.
Responsible Stewardship: We do not solicit or accept public investments or placements, nor do we issue investment contracts. All contributions are dedicated solely to furthering our regenerative agricultural and social empowerment goals.
Impact Transparency: Every contribution supports our goal of achieving a 20% average increase in household income for our farmers and the restoration of 20 hectares of Iloilo soil.
